-3rd Reflection-

[Your 3rd reflection will consist about your all about recommendation-preparation, how you get the idea, divide the work, presentation and also overall of the whole course using eportfolio in the assignments given and what need to be improved on and what not]

here i want to talk about our recommendation report.My group members (hafizzol, faizairi, and adi) and i had discussed and decided to recommend UTeM to install either central air conditional system (CACS) or wall/window through air conditional system (WACS). We had discovered that the problems occurred when air conditional failed during lectures sessions for the whole building. All building in main campus mostly using CACS, which is mean that the whole building getting hot when the main air cond broke down. Its different with building at Faculty of Mechanical located at Fasa B which is using WACS. Even its look like bulky ugly box(s) attached to your classes, its very worth when one of that 'box' failed but did not effect the other one and interrupt lectures session. Here what we want to discuss and recommend to UTeM either WACS or CACS.

We divided the tasks to 4 sections which are interview session, internet research, questionnaires, and the report. we make appointment with the technician and lecturer of Mechanical.They are specialist in air conditioning system. we also run a research in internet about the true concept of both system WACS and CACS. We got a lot of information about that. Beside that, we also need to know about the problems and recommendations from students that facing the issues. Hence, we distributed the questionnaire to 30 chosen students,half for men and half for women. After we collected it, we sketch the graph of every single questions.Then, we attached all the information,research and the conclusion in a report.

-2nd Reflection-


Fuhhh....that what i can say after done with my interview with Mrs Hazlin. I had realized now after facing the critical condition during interview with Mrs Hazlin with her killer questions. Even its hard for me,but i had try my best answer every single questions.

here i want to share with you guys about how i got the "fake" job article, cover letter and resume.

ok...We start with job article 1st...i had founded my job article in jobmalaysia.com and pick the suitable job with my field of study.After that, i print it out and study the requirements to apply the job.i done the research everything about the company and descriptions of my works.

About the resume....im very worried before about how to create resume and procedures to apply for jobs.Thank you to Mrs Hazlin as the guidance for us to work with all the interview things and experience how the real situations that we will face soon.Back to resume...i had referred the sample resumes of my seniors and brother.then, i had created my own resume with followed the standard formats.But...i need to adjust the date of everything in my resume such as my DOB, graduated, my experiences and etc regarding the jobs article requirement.

Cover letter....its like common formal letter,just mention our position that we want to apply and qualifications.you can refer my cover letter.

thank you for clicked and read my Reflection side.em.....what i want to say here are...ok..
Firstly about my feelings of this kind of Eportfolio,i feel 'so' exciting to be the 1st batch and...'testimonial' to use and learn to create Eportfolio on Blog platform which are consists of my informations...records...researches...experiences...even my resume and i feel its really cool!!!soon..i just need to bring a pendrive or link address for my interview..and it can be access on world wide web.Besides that, i can practice to improve my writing in english and change my broken english to proper english.
